Book an appointment over the phone or visit us directly, refer to contact de tails. A remainder of your appointment will be sent to you as a text or email, a minimum of two days in advance.

Cancellations/ Missed Appointments
If you are unable to attend an appointment, you must inform us within twenty four hours of the allocated time. Missed appointments are a waste of NHS time. Hence, our practice policy states, patients who repeatedly miss or cancel appointments at short notice can no longer be
offered further service.

NOTE: Private/Independent Patients; should you fail to attend or cancel an appointment within twenty-four hours of your allotted time, a fee of £15 will be charged per fifteen minutes.
