Cancellations/ Missed Appointments
If you are unable to attend an appointment, you must inform no less than 2 working days before the allocated appointment time. Missed appointments are a waste of NHS time. Hence, our practice policy states, patients who repeatedly miss or cancel appointments at short notice can no longer be offered further dental appointments

NOTE: Private/Independent Patients; should you fail to attend or cancel an appointment with less than 2 working days notice before the allocated appointment time, a fee of £15 will be charged per fifteen minutes of missed allocated appointment time.
