Invisalign
Northwick Park Dental Practice are proud to be offering Invisalign – the virtually invisable way to straighten your teeth and achieve the dazzling smile you’ve always wanted.
Invisalign is the virtually invisible way to straighten your teeth and achieve the smile and oral health that you’ve always wanted. Using advanced 3D imaging technology, Invisalign devises a treatment plan based on your dentists prescription, from the initial position of your teeth to the final, desired result. Then a series of clear removable aligners are custom-made for your teeth. The Invisalign system gradually and predictably moves your teeth to an ideal position.
What will it include?
Consultation
During a free consultation, the qualified expert will determine which treatment is correct for you and a detailed plan will be created.
Itero Scan
This state of the art scanner will produce a 3D image of your current teeth and post treatment.
Clincheck
The Invisalign lab will produce an interactive 3D image and treatment plan which the qualified expert will review and prescribe the exact tooth movements. A personalised 3D animation will show this process.
Treatment
Once both parties are happy with the plan, the labs will create custom fitted aligners. During treatment your aligners will change fortnightly.

Having a root canal treatment could save your tooth!
Root canal treatment is a highly effective procedure for saving teeth affected by infection or deep decay. By removing infected tissue within the tooth, it alleviates pain and preserves the natural tooth. It is usually recommened to have crown or onlay placed on a root canal treated tooth and this prevents the tooth from fracturing and restores function. Root canal treatment is a minimally invasive treatment that may prevent the need for extraction, maintaining your smile and promoting long-term oral health.
Benefits of having root canal treatment
Pain Relief: Root canal treatment alleviates pain from severe tooth infections or inflammation.
Prevents Extraction: Saves the natural tooth, avoiding the need for removal.
Maintains Function: Preserves chewing and biting abilities, ensuring normal function.
Aesthetic Retention: Retains the natural appearance of your smile.
Prevents Infection Spread: Stops infection from advancing to other teeth or gums.
Improves Oral Health: Reduces the risk of further dental complications.
Long-lasting Solution: Properly treated, root canal results are highly durable.
Cost-effective: Avoids the need for more extensive, costly restorative treatments later on.
